Appointment Policy
When making appointments, we require a credit card to guarantee your appointment.
For groups of 5 or more we require a deposit of 20% of your service,
which can be used toward gratuity if you choose.
Wedding and Bachelorette Parties are subject to a 18% gratuity.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel less than 24 hours prior to your appointment,
50% of service scheduled will be charged to your credit card.
For parties of 5 or more; if you cancel less than 48 hours prior to your
appointment your credit card will be charged 50% of service scheduled.
All "No Call - No Shows" will be charged 100% of the service scheduled.
